Are you a hands-on Field Engineer looking to make a significant impact on network infrastructure in South Cotabato? Asticom is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team in General Santos City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring that our telecom projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will be responsible for conducting Pre-Acceptance Testing (PAT), managing asset validation, and overseeing site execution activities. This is a critical role that requires a proactive mindset, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to coordinate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex site issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute Pre-Acceptance Testing (PAT) for telecom sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct physical asset validation and inventory audits to maintain accurate site documentation.
- Supervise site installation and execution activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on network equipment to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Escalate critical technical issues to internal engineering and management teams for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain detailed daily reports on field progress, site status, and hardware performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in field operations or telecom site maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, cell site hardware, and network testing procedures.
- Proficiency in using field testing equipment and relevant site documentation software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a field setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly escalate issues and provide technical updates.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the General Santos and South Cotabato areas.
