Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the physical installation of ViewQwest network infrastructure, including fiber optic cabling and ONT (Optical Network Terminal) setup at residential premises.
- Perform site surveys and prepare necessary documentation and work orders for installation projects.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose connectivity issues reported by customers, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards during all field operations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain technical solutions and service features.
- Maintain and organize tools, test equipment, and inventory in the company van.
- Support the field team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks related to daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, IT, Electrical, or Computer Science).
- Strong interest in telecommunications, networking, and technical support.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments, including heights and confined spaces (if applicable).
- Basic understanding of computer systems and operating platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid Singaporean ID or Student Pass and willingness to undergo a medical examination and background check.
