Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute corrective action plans for lift and escalator system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct thorough root-cause product quality investigations to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
- Supervise on-site technical maintenance activities and ensure compliance with global safety standards.
- Perform diagnostic tests and system calibration to optimize performance across various Schindler product lines.
- Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve complex engineering escalations effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical findings and service reports for quality audits.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field technicians during on-site operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of field experience in the vertical transportation industry or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to conduct technical investigations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and site stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly under time-sensitive conditions.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Johor region.
