We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Field Engineer to specialize in the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of lifts and escalators. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and efficiency of vertical transportation systems across various commercial and residential properties.
As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, performing diagnostic tests, and implementing repairs as needed. You will work closely with our service team to deliver exceptional support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability of equipment. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform testing and commissioning of lifts and escalators to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot technical faults and implement effective repair solutions.
- Coordinate with installation teams during new installations and upgrade projects.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and junior technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in lifts and escalators servicing.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and controls.
- Knowledge of safety codes and standards applicable to vertical transportation.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites in Kuala Lumpur.
- Professional certification in lift maintenance (preferred).
