As a Field Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of the Service Drop Street Light Project. You will play a vital role in ensuring that project milestones are met with precision, safety, and excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with the Project Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of project milestones for the Service Drop Street Light Project.
- Conduct site inspections to verify progress, quality, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly accomplishment reports and project documentation.
- Liaise with on-site subcontractors and field teams to resolve technical issues or roadblocks.
- Monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and resources at the project site.
- Ensure that all field operations comply with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and corporate policies.
- Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates and budget monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in construction or electrical projects is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, project workflows, and site management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic engineering software.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City and manage field-based tasks efficiently.
