- Coordinate and oversee all lift maintenance activities to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Analyze technical breakdowns to identify root causes and implement corrective solutions
- Manage manpower allocation and resources for maintenance schedules across multiple sites
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients to ensure compliance and maintain strong relationships
- Schedule and conduct thorough testing and inspections to meet safety standards
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting maintenance activities and performance metrics
- Train junior engineers on maintenance protocols and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator or heavy machinery maintenance
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication abilities for client and stakeholder interactions
- Certification in elevator technology or equivalent industry qualification preferred
- Proven experience managing manpower and resources effectively
