Green Energi Utama is a fast-growing leader in sustainable energy solutions, committed to optimizing industrial efficiency. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented Field Engineer & Operation to join our dynamic team in Gresik. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our thermal power operations.
As a Field Engineer, you will serve as a Shift Leader, providing technical oversight and operational leadership. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in boiler operations and is capable of managing field teams while adhering to the highest industry standards for maintenance and performance. You will be instrumental in minimizing downtime, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and driving continuous improvement in our energy production processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the Shift Leader to coordinate and supervise daily field operations, ensuring alignment with production targets.
- Monitor and manage boiler performance to ensure optimal steam generation and thermal efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on high-pressure boiler systems and auxiliary equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for operational malfunctions, implementing effective root-cause analysis and repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Health and Safety) standards and environmental regulations at all times.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize fuel consumption, and improve system reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and technical documentation regarding plant performance and safety incidents.
- Train and mentor junior field staff on technical procedures and safe operational practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (Diploma candidates with extensive experience are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in boiler operation, maintenance, or thermal plant engineering.
- Possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for Boiler/Steam Turbine is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of thermodynamics, mechanical systems, and plant instrumentation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing shift operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure to meet tight operational deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to be based in Gresik, Jawa Timur.
