Etrama Energy Company is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our dynamic team for a prestigious PLTS (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya) solar energy project in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations, ensuring that renewable energy infrastructure is installed with precision, efficiency, and the highest standards of safety. You will bridge the gap between technical design and field execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable energy solutions that power the future.
As an Etrama Energy team member, you will take ownership of site-specific challenges, overseeing installation timelines, conducting rigorous quality assurance checks, and ensuring full compliance with local engineering codes. This position is ideal for a proactive engineer who thrives in the field and is passionate about driving the transition to green energy in Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise on-site installation activities for solar panel systems (PLTS).
- Coordinate with technical teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Monitor daily project progress against established timelines and technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure installation meets safety and performance standards.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and protocols.
- Manage on-site technical documentation and reporting for project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks during the installation phase to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in field engineering, specifically within renewable energy or solar (PLTS) projects.
- Strong understanding of solar PV system design, installation, and grid interconnection processes.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and site plans.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Certified in K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in challenging field environments with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organized with a focus on delivering high-quality results under project deadlines.
