As a Field Engineer, you will serve as the backbone of our on-site operations. You will be responsible for translating complex engineering designs into reality, ensuring that every solar panel and inverter is installed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are met safely and on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the day-to-day installation of solar PV modules, mounting structures, and electrical components to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the technical team and subcontractors to maintain a streamlined workflow and resolve on-site technical bottlenecks.
- Monitor project progress and quality control, ensuring all installations comply with international and local engineering standards.
- Oversee strict adherence to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-accident site environment.
- Perform site surveys, technical assessments, and data collection for ongoing and future PLTS project feasibility.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly field reports documenting progress, equipment status, and manpower allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Field Engineering, specifically within PLTS/Solar Power projects.
- Deep understanding of Photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and grid-tie configurations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical single-line diagrams and technical blueprints.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English for technical reporting.
- General K3 Certification or specific Electrical K3 (K3 Listrik) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by project locations.
