We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Engineer to lead our Solar Power Plant (PLTS) projects in Jakarta and surrounding areas. As a Field Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact on-site, bridging the gap between design plans and physical implementation. You will work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise in Photovoltaic (PV) systems will directly contribute to the reduction of carbon footprints for our commercial and industrial clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the day-to-day installation and assembly of Solar PV systems, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, and internal technical teams to maintain project timelines and milestones.
- Perform on-site technical assessments and land/roof surveys to identify potential installation challenges.
- Monitor the quality of all mechanical and electrical work to ensure compliance with national and international engineering standards.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on-site to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during the construction phase and provide immediate corrective actions.
- Facilitate the testing and commissioning process for PLTS systems before final handover to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for the Project Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Field Engineer, specifically within PLTS or solar energy projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar components including PV modules, inverters, and mounting structures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and CAD blueprints.
- Possession of a valid engineering certification (SKK/SKA) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams and contractors.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor site environments with flexible hours.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
