In this role, you will be the face of our technology, working on the front lines to integrate Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) into dynamic industrial environments.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end commissioning process—from initial configuration and hardware testing to final user training. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and calibrate AMR hardware and software components to meet site-specific requirements.
- Conduct site surveys to identify potential challenges and ensure optimal robot performance.
- Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of robotic systems during deployment phases.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for end-users to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Provide on-site technical support and perform preventative maintenance to ensure high system uptime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to provide feedback on field performance and feature requirements.
- Document technical deployment logs and generate reports on system status and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with field deployment, commissioning, or technical support for automation systems.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and software configurations.
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System), Python, or C++ is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct non-technical users effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to travel frequently to various client sites within the West Region and beyond.
