Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize equipment downtime
- Provide on-site technical support and training to client personnel
- Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and retrofits as required
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the East Region
- Experience with semiconductor equipment from major manufacturers (ASML, Applied Materials, Lam Research, etc.) is a plus
