- Install, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Provide comprehensive training to client personnel on equipment operation and maintenance protocols
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate equipment records
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to relay field insights and contribute to product improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and industry regulations during all field operations
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies to enhance productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service engineering
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and interpreting engineering documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the East Region
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and cleanroom protocols
- Certification in specific equipment platforms (e.g., ASML, Applied Materials, Lam Research) preferred
