In this role, you will be the bridge between design and execution, ensuring that our projects are planned efficiently and cost-effectively. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful completion of our building projects, helping us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability in the construction industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₱13,000 to ₱15,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze construction plans and specifications to determine project requirements and scope
- Conduct thorough site measurements and assessments for roofing and insulation projects
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates based on materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure estimate accuracy
- Review and compare vendor quotes to secure the best pricing for project materials
- Update and maintain cost databases and historical project information
- Present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders with clear documentation
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating or field measurement
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with estimating software and construction cost databases
- Knowledge of roofing and insulation materials and installation methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
