- Develop and implement comprehensive field execution strategies to drive sales growth for Kenvue's portfolio of iconic brands
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders in the assigned territory
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure achievement of business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional execution
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a field-based role
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret market data and develop actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems
