You will oversee the development of mine water management infrastructure, ensuring that all field activities adhere to strict environmental standards, internal SOPs, and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise the construction progress of mine water management infrastructure in the field.
- Ensure all site operations strictly comply with the Environmental Management System (EMS) protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate effective coordination and communication between engineering, operations, and environmental departments.
- Perform regular site inspections and report on project milestones, potential risks, and infrastructure integrity.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to maintain project efficiency.
- Document site activities and maintain comprehensive records for compliance audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure environmental mitigation strategies are successfully integrated into site development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field-based environmental or infrastructure projects, preferably in the mining sector.
- Strong understanding of mine water management systems and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001 principles).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work independently in a remote site environment with high operational standards.
- Proficiency in project reporting and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety and environmental compliance.
