- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Perform detailed store audits to verify stock levels and asset integrity.
- Analyze inventory variance reports to identify root causes of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with store management to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, damages, and transfers.
- Assist in optimizing inventory control operations for maximum efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Previous experience in inventory control, auditing, or retail operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing repetitive tasks.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations within the region.
