Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physical inventory counts and cycle counts on-site at various store locations.
- Perform detailed stock audits to verify product availability and condition.
- Generate and analyze variance reports to identify discrepancies between physical and system stock.
- Implement and maintain strict inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage and theft.
- Collaborate with store managers and operations teams to streamline inventory workflows.
- Update inventory management systems with accurate count data and transaction records.
- Investigate inventory shortages and propose solutions to optimize stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management, retail operations, or warehouse auditing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and variance reports accurately.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform field visits and stand for extended periods during counts.
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings to management.
