Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate the end-to-end processing of loan applications from submission to release.
- Conduct thorough verification of borrower documents to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
- Coordinate the release of loan checks and ensure all disbursement procedures are followed.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized physical and digital records of loan files.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, government regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Perform field-based tasks including client site visits or document retrieval as required.
- Communicate effectively with applicants regarding their loan status and documentation requirements.
- Prepare periodic status reports for branch management regarding loan processing workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in banking or lending is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic data entry systems.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a field environment.
- Must be a resident of Santiago City or willing to commute to the branch location.
