In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our merchant network and driving the adoption of digital financial services.
As a Field Merchant Acquisition officer, you will spend your time in the field, engaging with local business owners, understanding their needs, and providing them with solutions that foster growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants (UMKM) in the Magetan area.
- Educate local business owners about the benefits of Amartha’s digital financial products.
- Maintain a high conversion rate of merchant sign-ups according to established monthly targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure long-term engagement.
- Conduct field-based market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Provide detailed reporting on daily acquisition activities and performance metrics to management.
- Assist merchants with the onboarding process, including app installation and basic technical guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Resilient, highly motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Owns a private vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Deep familiarity with the local geography and business landscape in Magetan.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications for business reporting.
