Are you passionate about empowering local businesses in East Java? Amartha is looking for a dedicated Field Merchant Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sidoarjo. In this role, you will be the face of financial technology (Fintech) in the region, connecting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with access to affordable capital and digital savings solutions. You will build lasting relationships, onboard new merchants, and drive the adoption of our digital financial ecosystem.
As a Field Merchant Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a bridge between traditional SMEs and modern digital financial tools. Your primary goal will be to expand our merchant base in Sidoarjo by identifying high-potential businesses and guiding them through the onboarding process. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to target merchant locations to identify business opportunities.
- Perform product presentations to explain lending and savings features to potential clients.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for merchant onboarding.
- Negotiate terms and close acquisition deals to meet monthly targets.
- Build and maintain a strong network of local merchants.
- Provide onboarding support and resolve inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel within the assigned territory to cover sales activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Valid SIM A (Driver's License) is highly preferred for field mobility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Sidoarjo region.
- Basic understanding of financial services or prior sales experience is a plus.
