Amartha is a leading Fintech company in Indonesia dedicated to empowering the UMKM (SME) sector through digital financial solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic Field Merchant Acquisition Specialist for our Situbondo branch. In this role, you will act as a key driver in our growth strategy by identifying, approaching, and onboarding local merchants to utilize our digital lending and payment services. You will work directly with business owners, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to modernize their operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to various business locations in Situbondo to identify potential merchant partners.
- Promote Amartha’s products and services, including digital payments and micro-loans, to local shop owners and MSMEs.
- Perform on-site merchant registration, data collection, and document verification.
- Guide merchants through the account setup process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Resolve any inquiries or issues merchants face during the registration process.
- Update the CRM system with accurate visit logs and conversion data.
- Collaborate with the local team to meet monthly acquisition targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Valid SIM A or SIM B is preferred for field mobility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
