- Proactively identify and onboard new merchants in Ngawi territory through systematic field visits and market research
- Conduct needs assessment discussions to understand merchant financial requirements and business challenges
- Present Amartha's digital lending solutions with clear value propositions aligned with merchant growth goals
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
- Document merchant profiles and financial data accurately in CRM systems for compliance and analysis
- Collaborate with credit assessment teams to streamline application processes and approval timelines
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets through strategic territory planning and execution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or B2B sales role
- Deep understanding of Ngawi's local business landscape and merchant ecosystem
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive environments
