Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard qualified micro-entrepreneurs across Kebumen's key commercial sectors
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match merchants with appropriate financing products
- Develop and execute targeted acquisition strategies through field visits, networking events, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business associations and community leaders
- Facilitate merchant education sessions on financial management and responsible borrowing
- Collaborate with credit teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes
- Monitor merchant portfolio performance and provide ongoing support for relationship retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition tactics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or marketing
- 1+ years of field sales or merchant acquisition experience in financial services
- Deep understanding of Kebumen's local business ecosystem and SME landscape
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with local dialect fluency
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent field travel
