In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful deployment and maintenance of technical solutions for our key clients, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute on-site field operations, installations, and technical adjustments according to project specifications.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, inspections, and readiness checks before project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered in the field to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, site reports, and inventory usage.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and quality control measures.
- Manage and transport technical equipment and tools securely to various job sites.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in field operations, technical support, or service delivery.
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to use testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules.
- Familiarity with government infrastructure projects or BPJS processes is a significant advantage.
