Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of telecommunication network infrastructure in the field.
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of fiber optic and related networking equipment.
- Respond promptly to network outages and emergency technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document field activity, site inspections, and maintenance logs in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex hardware or software issues.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high network availability.
- Ensure all field operations comply with health, safety, and security (HSE) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field operations or maintenance within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as OTDR, Splicer, and Power Meter.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in outdoor and site-based environments.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM) and willingness to travel to various site locations in the Purwokerto region.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if required, to meet project deadlines.
