Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor field operations for telecommunications infrastructure
- Coordinate maintenance activities across network sites in the Bekasi region
- Conduct field inspections and prepare technical documentation
- Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams for installation and troubleshooting
- Manage equipment inventory and coordinate logistics
- Train junior field staff on operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of field operations experience
- Certification in telecommunications equipment preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field travel
- Knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan regulations
- Proficient in technical documentation systems
