Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive field audits of manufacturing facilities and logistics operations to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for adherence to specifications
- Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor adherence to ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Analyze quality trends and contribute to continuous improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or auditing roles
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 auditor) preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics operations
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license for field site visits
