- Conduct in-person field visits to delinquent clients for debt collection and asset repossession
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements while maintaining professional client relationships
- Document all client interactions, payment arrangements, and collection activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to update client status and recovery progress
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and legal regulations during field operations
- Prepare detailed reports on collection outcomes and field activities

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in debt collection, repossession, or field sales
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
