Country Funders Finance Corporation, a leading provider of financial services in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated Field Representative to support our debt management operations in San Rafael, Bulacan. As a key member of our sales and collections team, you will be primarily responsible for conducting field visits to delinquent clients, performing debt collection activities, and managing the repossession process in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
You will be tasked with locating and contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and documenting all interactions for accurate record-keeping. Your role also involves coordinating with the legal department to execute repossession actions when necessary, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional who enjoys working in the field, possesses excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and can meet or exceed collection targets. Familiarity with the local area and a valid driver’s license are essential for this position. Previous experience in debt collection, sales, or repossession is highly advantageous.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to delinquent clients to collect outstanding payments and negotiate repayment agreements.
- Manage the repossession process of collateral assets in accordance with legal guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities using our CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with the legal department to initiate and execute repossession actions when necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage timely payments and resolve disputes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards during field operations.
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in debt collection, field sales, or repossession roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within San Rafael, Bulacan.
- Familiarity with the local geography and community.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Clean record of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
