Country Funders Finance Corporation is looking for a driven Field Representative to join our dynamic team in Malolos City, Bulacan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of debt collection and repossession activities, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding accounts while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
You will conduct field visits to delinquent accounts, assess financial situations, negotiate payment arrangements, and execute repossession processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Visit delinquent clients in the field to assess accounts and negotiate repayment solutions.
- Execute repossession of collateral in compliance with legal guidelines and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment receipts, and inventory of repossessed items.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
- Collaborate with the legal and sales teams to resolve disputes and ensure consistent follow‑up.
- Provide regular updates to management on collection performance and target achievement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in debt recovery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in debt collection, repossession, or field sales.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or collections is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and record‑keeping software.
