Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to delinquent clients for debt collection and asset repossession
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements to recover outstanding debts
- Document client interactions, financial agreements, and collection activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to update client status and account information
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company protocols
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports and performance metrics
- Identify potential fraud risks and report suspicious activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in debt collection, repossession, or field sales
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in mobile devices and basic office software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical fitness for fieldwork and occasional irregular hours
