Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and accurate manual or digital reading of electrical meters.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on metering equipment to ensure functionality.
- Verify and report meter irregularities, damages, or potential tampering immediately.
- Ensure all data collection processes adhere to company billing standards and accuracy guidelines.
- Provide on-site technical assistance and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Submit daily accomplishment reports and documentation to the operations supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) during field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or College level in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in field operations, utility services, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor/field environments under varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and meter operations is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license or motorcycle license is a plus.
