We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Representative to join the MIESCOR team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate inspection and reading of meters for Meralco, ensuring that utility data is collected efficiently and reported without errors. You will be tasked with verifying billing information, identifying irregularities, and providing exceptional customer service during your visits. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate and timely meter readings and inspections for Meralco customers to ensure data integrity.
- Collect and verify billing data, identifying any discrepancies or meter malfunctions immediately.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide top-tier customer service.
- Submit daily reports, mileage logs, and site updates on time to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and driving standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and professional appearance at all times.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve field issues and improve service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid Driver's License (mandatory for field travel and site access).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Physically fit and capable of walking, standing, and driving for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using handheld data entry devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as required.
