Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to locate and engage with delinquent clients
- Assess client financial situations and negotiate repayment arrangements
- Execute repossession activities when necessary, following company protocols
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and collection activities

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred
- Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or field sales is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local areas and ability to navigate efficiently
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping purposes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
