Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly loan volume and growth targets.
- Conduct field visits and on-site client meetings to promote BDO's lending products and services.
- Perform comprehensive credit evaluation and financial analysis to ensure sound credit quality of loan applications.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to build trust and long-term loyalty with clients.
- Manage the entire loan origination process, from initial prospecting and application to documentation and endorsement.
- Proactively monitor account performance and ensure timely collection efforts to minimize delinquency.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence updates for branch management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the banking or microfinance industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating creditworthiness and financial documentation.
- Must be willing to work in Calamba City, Laguna and conduct frequent field visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
