Your primary mission will be to achieve aggressive loan volume targets while ensuring every financial solution provided meets our high standards of profitability and credit quality. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting thorough needs analysis, and presenting tailored banking products that empower our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly loan sales targets set by management.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to identify and qualify new business leads.
- Assess client financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan products and services.
- Ensure all loan applications are processed accurately, timely, and in strict compliance with internal credit policies.
- Maintain a high level of credit quality and profitability for the loan portfolio managed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly.
- Build and nurture a strong network of referrals and business partnerships within the community.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, lending, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of credit analysis and financial product knowledge.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven work ethic.
