Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential and existing clients.
- Present products and services professionally to influence purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally within Taguig City and surrounding areas.
- Basic proficiency in mobile technology and digital reporting tools.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
