Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction and property development sectors.
- Conduct regular fieldwork to visit potential clients, project sites, and partners to present company services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional engagement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to ensure project requirements and client expectations are aligned.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline progress in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade at various organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Cavite and surrounding areas for fieldwork.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital communication tools.
