St. Paulina's Marketing Inc. is seeking a high-energy Field Sales Agent to join our expanding team in Caloocan City. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, tasked with driving market growth, building lasting relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative product suite in the field.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting engaging product presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional, face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to nurture relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas as set by the management team.
- Accurately document sales activities, client feedback, and market insights in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute effective local sales promotions.
- Attend weekly team briefings to align on strategies and share field experiences.
- Represent St. Paulina's Marketing Inc. with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, direct selling, or retail promotion.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively in a field environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Filipino and English.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to conduct field visits within Caloocan City and surrounding Metro Manila areas.
- Strong presentation skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic mobile tools and digital reporting.
