As a Field Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will work independently in the field, managing your territory and schedules to maximize sales outcomes. We offer a supportive environment with competitive compensation, including a monthly salary range of ₱18,070 to ₱25,000, plus commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Identify and prospect new clients through networking and cold calling.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and insights.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel within Apalit and neighboring areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
