Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients within the assigned territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and support teams to align sales tactics with company objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Agent, or similar role in the B2B or B2C sectors.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Willingness to travel locally within Pasig City and surrounding areas as required by business needs.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure sales environment.
- Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
