- Develop and execute field sales strategies to acquire new clients in Marikina City
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to understand business needs
- Present company products/services and negotiate contracts effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in field sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for field visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of Metro Manila market dynamics preferred
