- Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new leads, understand market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through regular face-to-face visits.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits to drive conversions.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to secure agreements that are mutually beneficial.
- Prepare accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for field visits.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a significant plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize sales activities.
