- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular visits and professional communication.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals for management review on a weekly basis.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to ensure revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the Cebu City area and meet clients face-to-face.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
