Tanggung Jawab
- Visit prospective clients and present Island Maxx's Fiber Internet and HD Cable packages effectively.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend the most suitable service plans to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Promote company services and generate leads within the assigned sales territory.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Residing in Tagbilaran City, Bohol (Local candidates preferred).
