Tanggung Jawab
- Visit assigned retail accounts, supermarkets, and convenience stores to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store owners, key account managers, and procurement officers.
- Ensure accurate execution of merchandising standards and proper stock replenishment at client locations.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends and customer feedback to the sales management team.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collect payments from clients on a daily basis and reconcile sales reports accurately.
- Represent the brand professionally during all client interactions and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- With at least 1 year of proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Valid Driver’s License and possession of a reliable motorcycle or vehicle.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory (Kawit, Cavite area) and work flexible hours.
- Physically fit and able to perform field duties in various weather conditions.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and sales reporting.
