We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Field Sales Agent to cover the Pampanga region, particularly Angeles City and surrounding areas. As a Field Sales Agent, you will be the face of our company, visiting both existing and potential clients to promote our extensive range of hardware tools, lighting fixtures, and electrical supplies. You will build lasting relationships, identify customer needs, and offer solutions that drive sales. Your territory will include construction sites, hardware stores, electrical suppliers, and contractors.
We offer a competitive base salary of PHP 18,000 to PHP 20,000 per month, plus a generous commission structure that rewards your hard work and success. You will also receive continuous training, support from a collaborative team, and clear pathways for career progression.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within the designated territory.
- Prospect and secure new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Manage daily travel schedule and customer visits efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
- Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience, ideally in hardware, electrical, or construction materials.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for daily travel.
- Knowledge of the local market (Pampanga) is a plus.
