Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and area saturation to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide market feedback to the management team.
- Manage your daily territory route efficiently to maximize face-to-face client interactions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail, or direct-to-consumer sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in local dialects and English.
- Willingness to travel throughout Metro Manila on a daily basis.
- Resilient personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant vocational or college degree preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
