You will be responsible for proactive market scanning, identifying new business opportunities, and strategically recovering inactive accounts to ensure consistent sales performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular market scanning within the assigned territory to identify potential new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow the existing client base through consistent engagement and professional relationship management.
- Systematically contact and reactivate dormant or inactive accounts to restore revenue streams.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical product knowledge and guidance to clients regarding Firefly’s lighting and electrical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the electrical, construction, or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and territory management.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Butuan, Agusan Del Sur, and Del Norte as required by the role.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be highly organized, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
